Overview

At PAWSOME PET SERVICES LLP ("HYP"), we strive to deliver the highest standard of pet care on every visit. Because our Contractor Vets dedicate their time and expertise to each consultation, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our service providers. Please read this policy carefully before booking.

Services Once Availed

Once a consultation or service has been availed (i.e., the Contractor Vet has attended your appointment and the service has been rendered), it does not qualify for a refund. This applies regardless of the outcome of the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel a booking in accordance with the following schedule. Cancellation charges are applied to cover the Contractor Vet's allocated time and associated costs.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking at no charge if you do so more than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling within 6 hours of the booking may be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation charge may apply, at HYP's discretion.

No-Show Policy

If you are unavailable at the nominated address at the time of the appointment and the Contractor Vet is unable to conduct the consultation, the booking will be treated as a cancellation within 2 hours and 100% of the consultation fee will be charged.

Payment Failures & Disputed Charges

Where a request for payment is returned or denied by your financial institution, you remain liable for the full Fee plus any associated banking fees and charges. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at info@healyourpaws.com within 7 days of the transaction and we will investigate promptly.

Please have your booking reference number ready. The time of your cancellation request will be recorded from when it is received by HYP.

Exceptional Circumstances

HYP recognises that genuine emergencies may arise. In cases of verifiable medical emergencies affecting you or your pet, we will review cancellation charge waiver requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible with supporting documentation.

Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
