Welcome to PAWSOME PET SERVICES LLP ("HYP", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the documents referred to herein, govern your use of our website and services at healyourpaws.com. Please read them carefully before using our services. By availing our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you have questions, contact us at info@healyourpaws.com.

• The Service is offered by PAWSOME PET SERVICES LLP (AAL 3704) ("we", "us", or "HYP").
• HYP is based in Delhi, India and makes no claims that the service is appropriate for pets outside India.
• HYP provides a pet care service that enables you to arrange and schedule non-emergency face-to-face veterinary consultations ("Consultations") conducted by third-party independent practising veterinarians ("Contractor Vets") under agreement with HYP, at the address you nominate on your customer profile (together, the "Services"). You acknowledge and agree that HYP does not itself provide veterinary services.

• The service is protected by intellectual property laws. All information, text, images, graphics, logos, trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and video ("Content") contained on this website is owned or licensed by HYP and remains the property of their respective owners.
• Your use of the service and access to any Content does not grant or transfer any rights, title, or interest to you in relation to the service or the Content.
• (a) We retain complete editorial control over the website and may alter, amend, or cease its operation at any time in our sole discretion.
• (b) The service will not operate on a continuous basis and may be unavailable from time to time, including for maintenance purposes.

• (a) The information and contents of the website are provided for general information purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. They must not be used or relied upon for the purposes of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• (b) HYP's Services are non-emergency. Please call emergency services or attend the nearest animal hospital emergency centre in the case of an emergency.

• At all times during your use of the Services — including booking, during, and after Consultations — you agree to comply with the HYP Customer FAQs.
• When booking, you agree to complete the booking process and any requests for information honestly and to the best of your ability.
• PAWSOME PET SERVICES LLP makes bookings in 1-hour time slots; we aim to arrive within the 60-minute window advised per booking.
• Unforeseen delays can occur. The Vet may arrive outside the 1-hour window; PAWSOME PET SERVICES LLP is not liable for any loss resulting from a delay.
• The consultation information provided by you will be relied upon: (a) by the Contractor Vet in treating your animal; and (b) by HYP to determine the correct consultation costs.
• If you select an incorrect Consultation type, neither HYP nor the Contractor Vets can guarantee accurate treatment or medication, and we are not liable for any resulting damages, harm, losses, or death of your animal.
• During Consultations, you agree not to cause nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience to the Contractor Vets or any other party.

• Provision of Services is subject to pre-payment of the Consultation fee to the Contractor Vets and a booking fee to HYP (together, the "Fee").
• You agree to pay in full all costs associated with any additional medications and procedures, which will be itemised on your bill.
• You agree to PAWSOME PET SERVICES LLP charging your nominated card for any additional itemised charges.
• All prices include GST. HYP may vary the Fee at any time.
• You agree to pay all fees at the time of service.
• You agree to pay any reasonable administrative fees associated with late payment.
• Where a payment request is returned, denied, or unpaid for any reason, you are liable for any associated banking fees and charges. Consultations are not confirmed until the Fee is received by Stripe.
• Cancellation: PAWSOME PET SERVICES LLP will charge 50% of the consultation fee for cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled booking, and 100% for cancellations within 2 hours.

HYP takes your privacy seriously. Any information provided through your use of the website and/or Services is collected, used, disclosed, and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act. This includes names, contact details, pet health records, and browsing data related to HYP. HYP will only use information in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected and will not share personal or sensitive information without your express written consent. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for details.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about this website or its contents, including that they will be complete, accurate, or up-to-date, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the website will be free from viruses or security vulnerabilities.
• We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the website or any of its features at any time without notice and without responsibility for any resulting loss, cost, damage, or liability.

• To the full extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability in respect of loss of data, interruption of business, or any consequential or incidental damages.
• To the full extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, or terms other than those expressly set out in these Terms.
• Where legislation prohibits the exclusion of implied warranties or obligations, our liability is limited — at our option — to: (a) for goods: replacement or equivalent supply or the cost thereof; (b) for services: re-supply of the service or the cost of re-supply.
• Nothing in these Terms modifies, excludes, or limits rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2019 or other applicable laws.

You agree to indemnify HYP, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third-party content providers, and licensors from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, losses, and damages (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered, or arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the website; (b) your use of the Services or goods obtained through the Services; or (c) your breach of these Terms.

• These Terms terminate automatically if, for any reason, we cease to operate the website or provide the Service.
• We may otherwise terminate these Terms immediately on notice to you if you have breached them in any way.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of those linked websites, nor do we have control over or rights in them.

While we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information on the website, to the extent permitted by law we make no warranty regarding it. We reserve the right to change, modify, or add to the website (including these Terms) without notice. Please review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of those changes.

Your use of the Services and these Terms are governed by the law of Delhi, India. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Delhi.
